At Dirt Scoot Design, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-designed graphics tailored specifically for each customer. Because every order is made to your unique specifications, we have a limited cancellation and refund window.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 24 hours, your order will move into production, and all sales become final due to the custom nature of our products.
Returns & Refunds
Because each design is custom-made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.
However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order—such as an error on our part, printing defect, or damage during shipping—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
In special circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may offer store credit toward a future order instead of a refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds or credits will not be issued for:
